The following are the main responsibilities of Finance Manager in SOS Pakistan as;
1. To take the balances from banks for all accounts.
2. To responsible for the movement of cash on need basis
3. To record all data e.g. funds movement from one bank to another bank, bank charges, gain,profit & loss on account in system as well as in excel sheet.
4. To be responsible for CHQ books.
5. To be responsible for cash in hand.
6. To be responsible to maintain the record of all signed/legal/official documents.
7. To enter the record of all financial approvals in the system.
8. To verify the transactions from portals of different banks.
To be responsible for the arrangements of meeting in the office of executive director.
To be responsible for record keeping for the office of executive director.
To be responsible for coordination with all segment heads.
To be responsible for the evaluation of reports from different segments.
To be responsible for the monitoring/preparation of different dashboards as per need of executive director.
To be responsible for all administrative matters for the office of executive director.
To be responsible for the maintenance of daily activity reports by departments. To be responsible for the maintenance of Dashboard using business intelligence tool "Power Bi".
Being a lectuer, teaching different subjects like Economics, Introduction to Business, and Marketing.
Organize annual functions in the institution.
